What we collect
When you place a pickup order or send a catering enquiry, we collect what we need to fulfil it: your name, phone number, optional email, your order or event details, and — if you join Tikharo Rewards — your points balance and order history.
What we use it for
To prepare and hand you your order, to reply to your catering enquiry, to run your rewards balance, and — only if you ask us to — to tell you about offers. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or delivery platforms.
Where it lives
Order and rewards data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure used by our platform provider. Access is restricted to Tikharo staff accounts.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We use only local, on-device storage for things you'd expect: your theme choice, your cart, and your rewards profile on your own device.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Speak to us at the counter or write to us and we will act on it promptly.
