Orders

Pickup orders placed through our app are prepared for the time shown at checkout and paid at the counter (tap, chip, Interac or cash). Menu items and prices may change; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If we ever can't fulfil an order, we'll contact you on the number you provided.

Tikharo Rewards

Points are a thank-you, not a currency: they have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and are redeemable only against purchases at Tikharo. Earn rates, bonuses and offers can change or be paused; your existing balance survives rule changes. Suspected abuse may lead to an adjusted balance or a paused account — we'll always talk to you first.

Catering

Catering enquiries are not bookings until we confirm a menu, date and deposit with you directly.

Content on this site — words, images, the Tikharo name and mark — belongs to Tikharo. Don't scrape it, misrepresent it or use it to impersonate us. The site is provided as-is; we work hard to keep information current, and the counter is the final word on today's availability.
